Returns Policy
We cannot offer refunds unless the keepsake is faulty. In the unlikely case that you receive a faulty Keepsake, please return it to us via a signed for tracked delivery service and we will do our best to correct the fault for you, if we are not able to correct the fault, we will offer you a full refund with in 14 days of receiving your return, for product returns or exchanges please contact us via email for the relevant form(s) and returns address(es).
